The second trimester should be the most comfortable phase of being pregnant. And why not when this should be the phase when a pregnant woman has been through the early morning vomits and nausea. At thsi stage, a pregnant woman should be preparing for baby clothes and other things she would need for givign birth and for when the baby comes.
