labor woes - 2007/01/06 10:19 I would like to reach out to every mom out there who has experienced labor or women who still have to undergo labor. I did not have any problem while I was pregnant with my son. I enjoyed being pregnant and I even worked and went to school at the same time. But labor time was hell!

Re:labor woes - 2007/01/06 10:41 Hi prixie. Labor has also been difficult for me. I had about 24 hours of labor before I gave birth. Thank god it was a normal delivery or else it would have been a nightmare having to undergo 24 hours of labor and then a CS!

Re:labor woes - 2007/01/06 10:50 Wow that's one hell of a labor! The problem with me was I had very little water so there was a chance that the baby would be strangled if I contract sicne he was no longer floating in substantial amniotic fluid. What they did was to put me on dextrose and then gave me gallons of water to drink while in the delivery room.
