RETURNS
At GiftBabies we want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases or have changed your mind then please return your goods unworn within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or FREE exchange - (UK customers only).
Where 10 days have elapsed, we will be happy to exchange the goods to the value purchased up to 28 days.
If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office as GiftBabies cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Unfortunately, we do not refund postage and packaging if an item is returned as these are both direct costs.
